For the Solid Cactus Ultimate Support - Annual promotion, the customer will be provided a free billing cycle (currently every 4 weeks) of the Solid Cactus Ultimate Support Services for use with one (1) Yahoo! Store website to be provided after the 1st year of the Services. Customer must pay the annual fee for the Services in advance and all such fees are non-refundable. By accepting this promotional offer Client is agreeing that after the free additional billing cycle, Client's credit card will be billed on a recurring basis in advance every year for the Services unless Client cancels prior to the end of the current term by contacting Solid Cactus Customer Service at 1.888.451.7722. The current rate for the Annual Ultimate Support Services is $379 per year and is subject to change at the sole discretion of Solid Cactus.
For the Solid Cactus Ultimate Support - Monthly promotion, the customer will be provided a free monthly billing cycle (currently every 4 weeks) of the Solid Cactus Ultimate Support Services for use with one (1) Yahoo! Store website to be provided after the initial billing cycle of the Services to be provided to Customer. Customer must pay the fee for the initial billing cycle in advance and all such fees are non-refundable. By accepting this promotional offer Client is agreeing that after the free billing cycle, Client’s credit card will be billed on a recurring basis in advance every billing cycle for the Services unless Client cancels prior to the end of the current cycle by contacting Solid Cactus Customer Service at 1.888.451.7722. The current rate for the Monthly Ultimate Support Services is $34 per billing cycle and is subject to change at the sole discretion of Solid Cactus.
Solid Cactus Refer-a-Friend Ultimate Support Promotion (*)
The Solid Cactus Refer-a-Friend Ultimate Support promotion provides Client one (1) billing cycle of the Solid Cactus Ultimate Support Services for use with one (1) Yahoo! Store website at no charge. The current rate for the Ultimate Support Services is $34 per billing cycle (automatically billed to Client’s credit card on a recurring basis every four weeks) and is subject to change at the sole discretion of Solid Cactus. In order to qualify for this promotion Client must either be signed up for Standard Support or have ordered the Ultimate Support Services themselves and the referred customer must be (i) a Yahoo! Store merchant, and (ii) a new customer of Solid Cactus.
