1, 6 or 12 Month Support Contracts – provides you with e-mail and telephone access to our team of support representatives Monday through Friday 9am to 7pm ET. month contract $59.95, 6 month contract $289, 12 month contract $549.
Per-Incident Telephone Support – allows you to pay for support only when you need it at the rate of $35 per incident.
